Emergency Surgery leads to Wedding in the Hospital

Daniel and Lisa have been engaged for the last 8 years now, their wedding was planned for a couple of weeks from now. That is until Daniel who is a Science teacher in Florida started having chest pains earlier this month. He took a trip to the hospital and learned he needed triple bypass surgery. That meant no work and no driving for 6-8 weeks. That also put a damper in the wedding ceremony. So he decided to propose to Lisa again, this time calling an emergency wedding. Nurses and other staff quickly put the pieces together for their wedding ceremony before going in for surgery. The wedding went off without a hitch and even better news, his surgery was a success.

Daniel says he is going to miss his students, he will be away from them until after the school’s spring break.
